TCPRelay 0.3 beta 2 is now available! Download the 32-bit or 64-bit version. You may also need to install the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.
What's new in this version:
- GUI
- NEW: the Target URI list is now saved to a file in the TCPRelay folder (serverlist.txt) and reloaded every time TCPRelay starts.
- NEW: pressing Enter while typing a Target URI or starting TCPRelay will add the current Target URI to the list if not already present.

Are you going to make a version for OBS or, if you can make it work with OBS, how do you do it ?
ReplyDeleteThis works with OBS straight out of the box. Just run it as usual, and in OBS, do this:
ReplyDelete1) Go to Settings > Broadcast Settings
2) Streaming Service: Custom
3) Server: http://localhost/app
4) Play Path/Stream Key: your stream key, of course ;)
5) Configure everything else as you would without TCPRelay
Used the directions above to start my stream but when I try to "start stream" it instantly stop and tries to reconnect. On the TCPrelay it shows the connection being stopped when I try to "start stream" on OBS.
ReplyDeleteI tested here and for some reason OBS refuses to connect if you use localhost or 127.0.0.1 in the Server path. It worked when I used my machine name. See if that works for you.
Deletewhat do u mean by machine name bud
DeleteIt's your computer's name in the network. You can get it by opening a command prompt window (cmd.exe) then running "hostname" (without the quotes).
Deletecheers mate mine was user-pc. i was hoping to stream on twitch but my upload speed is low so maybe this will work. also is there any other program which will boost my upload? thanks
DeleteMy upload is about 0.8 - 1.0mbps BTW.
DeleteNo, it only depends on your ISP.
DeleteThank you... For TCPRelay I went from 0.73-0.90mbps to 1.58-2.00mbps. Now there is no stream lagg thxxxxxx sooo much
